On October 1, 2024, Suzuki Construction established its Technical Research Institute.
We conduct research and technological development mainly in disaster prevention and fire safety in buildings.

The institute is registered as an eligible private research institution for the MEXT Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKENHI).
