Context
In updating facilities of a rental apartment to renovate the interior, we aimed to encourage occupancy and differentiate rent by adding value.
While meeting the specifications required for rental apartments (in-room laundry, separate bathroom and toilet, independent washroom, etc.), a work desk, a full-length mirror, and storage for clothing were added as standard equipment.
The room of each studio apartment is finished in exposed concrete to maximize space.
